Use the 3 options to filter with captured transactions, authorized or chargebacks. Note that a legend is available on the upper right corner of this frame – records shown of the result screen will be marked with these colors according to their type. To perform a quick search (assuming the transaction id is known to you), type it in the quick search box on the right. To perform a comprehensive search, use one or more out of the available fields in the search form: • Select the desired range of date • Select the payment method • Choose the relevant currency (of leave blank for “all”) • Choose payout status • You can also filter search criteria according to the following fields: credit type, payer ID, order/reference number, first name, last name, cardholder email or last 4 digits of the paying card.
The result page(s) will include the matching records according to the criteria provided. Each line will have a + sign on the left to open the detailed view of that transaction, a colored square according to the record’s type (see legend), and basic fields: time of transaction, payment method, amount, and status. You can also export all the records in the result page to external use (excel file).
This search if enable using the same fields and filters as described above (see approved transactions). The result page will show all transactions with a permanent “declined” status.
This search shows the transactions for which a payment process was initiated but not yet completed. This may be due to interval set in the specific bank integration or if a final transaction approval was not yet logged. The details for each transaction can be found in the extended screen (after clicking the + sign of the record).
From this screen you can search your customers’ record, based on one or more of the following fields: first name, last name, email, phone. To make good use of the system’s features and in order to provide a great customer service, it is always recommended to fill as many details as possible for new customer records in the system.
This screen will present the reduction and release of the rolling reserve for each settlement/transaction. Depending on merchant setup, this percentage out of the merchant’s income is being kept in a dedicated account for 180 days (for risk management and chargeback protection).
By selecting a date range and currency (optional) the system will present a list of all unsettled transactions
The system will present the entire history of settlements (payments from gateway account to the merchants account). Click on the “+” icon to see the details of the settlement. Click the “transactions list” icon on the right side of each line to see a detailed view of the transactions calculated for this settlement.
Shows the transactions found for the next settlement. This total is being calculated in real-time and may differ by the time settlement is due.
A series is defined as a batch of transactions, each with its own parameters. Those parameters are the same for all transaction in the series at the moment of the series creation. However, each transaction can be edited, deleted, paused etc. (e.g subscriptions) This screen shows the searching criteria for such recurring series. You can filter the search by date, amount, currency, payment method and/or status. Quick-search is also possible using transaction id on the dedicated search box (on the right).
This screen enables searching for actual charges made as part of recurring transactions.
This menu item is used for setting up general profile parameters as well as mobile devices and additional users.
Used for updating company details. Some fields are used as part of the e-commerce website set up for the merchant. Others will be used by customer support and or customer notifications (emails, receipts, confirmations etc.). This section also enables changing the login information used to access the control panel itself.
If your account is using the POS (point of sale) mobile app, the handset identification is being managed as part of your account. You can disable devices or manage their access to your account.
Manage limited account
If your account is being managed by several employees, it is advised to set up unique login information for each one. Users can be created, edited or deleted. Permissions can be set for each one to enable access to desired functions only. Step 1 – Create the User Step 2 – edit user and choose which pages he can have access too – the check boxes on the edit screen represent pages within the control panel.
Hosted page management
Secured payments under the PCI standard is possible only under strict security hosting solution. If you website enables e-commerce experience for your customers, its possible that the actual payment page will be hosted and secured on this platform. You can customize your payment page by selecting template, colors, logo, input fields and languages. Set payment and beneficiariesThe system allows payment to 3rd parties. You can create a 3rd party entity and create transfer orders to it. The transfer order reaches the Gateway system ( the management system responsible for all merchant processing ) and the operators will review and approve – transfers are optional only from the merchant outstanding balance, if the merchant has no balance available the transfer wont be approved.
View paymentsHistory of all payments made in the system to your account and 3rd party account.
Virtual terminal means that the interface will act as a POS and will enable you to transmit a transaction and charge prepaid or credit cards. In the virtual terminal make sure to enter all the possible information you have on the client, in a case of charge back you will have a weaker case facing the credit card companies. The virtual terminal service is meant for MOTO transactions ( Mail Order Telephone Order ) cases where the client gives the merchant the credit card information and trust him not to misuse them.
This feature enables you to use the web interface as a terminal in order to create a transaction. It’s advised to fill in as many details as possible regarding your transaction to ease the management process and improve the reports. Better insights can be gained regarding your business and the products/services you provide.
Same as above, but fields are adjusted to an electronic check transaction (rather than a credit card transaction).
This function shows a list of all requests initiated by customers asking for a refund. Search by date range and status, or by the id of the transaction/request. Complementary tasks can be performed from within the result records.
Credit card storage
The system provides tokenization services. You can create a token id which will represent a specific credit card. This token can be loaded in the future for additional transactions without revealing the actual details of the card. By performing a search, the system will present a list of customers by name with a token id for their card. You can also delete an existing token record from this result page.
There are several built-in reports you can generate per desired date range. Each generated report can be downloaded and exported for further analysis (if required).
The gateway system manages the risk for all the merchants on our platform, part of the risk tools we provide merchants includes Black list management and Charge back management. The following screens will present the info needed for the merchants to keep track on the ongoing processing and risk.
Credit card black list
Managed by a set of predefined risk rules the system will automatically block and blacklist cards that are marked as suspicious or reported as connected to fraudulent transactions. As a merchant you can see all the blocked cards and request to release a specific card that you consider as valid.
Items black list
Once the system blocks a card for a fraudulent transaction it also blocks the email, phone, name and address associated with it. Under this screen you can monitor all the items that have been blocked.
Copy request is a phase before a charge back, when the acquiring bank receives a compliant from a cardholder, the bank will notify us and we will transmit that notification to the merchant for further review.
The online shops platform enables you as a merchant to setup your own online shop and have your products appear in our mobile applications. Use the following screens to manage your shop and the products you wish to promote. * Please make sure the service is enabled for your account by contacting customer service.
These general parameters are used to set up the shop’s view, accessibility and links to your existing social media channels. • Merchant Shop status – either enabled or disabled • URL prefix setup – defined the site under from which the e-commerce site can be accessed by customers. • Display language – generate a link to the e-commerce site with a language selection already embedded in it • Color options – this value will be used for your shop theme • Upload banner – this will be placed at the top of your e-commerce site (header) • Social media links – provide your social URLs. These links will be place in your e- commerce site and will enable the customers to be engaged via their favorite network.

Use the “sort by” field to set the location of the product in your shop. Duplicated numbering allowed.

Create optionUse this to enable multiple product configurations. For example: color, size etc. Once you put in all possible values for each option, click the “auto generate combinations” and a list will be created accordingly. You can manage SKU and quantity for each specific type, or delete the ones you don’t provide.
